Shipping policy

We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate for all orders. Please note that this applies to Australian orders only.

For express shipping please select this option in the dropdown menu, send us a note just to make sure we know how fast you want it! We offer a flat rate for express.

Whilst we work super quickly to pack your order, we are located in South Australia so please be aware that freight times to regional areas can vary.

Binny is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally, anywhere!

All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location. Exact delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out. The delivery charge will be shown as a separate item in your shopping cart. Delivery will be made during business hours. Please specify delivery instructions for your order during the check out process. Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.

We like to provide our customers with fast and reliable local and international shipping. We use the Australia Post for Australia-wide deliveries and international orders.

All items are fully trackable once shipped and you will be notified of tracking information upon dispatch. Please note returns may be at the cost of the customer and we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.
