SHIPPING & RETURNS

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world! For Australian and New Zealand orders, we ship via AusPost or StarTrack. For international orders, we ship via Sendle.

How are duties & taxes calculated?

For orders shipped to countries beyond Australia such as EU, UK, USA; shipments are generally shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that duties and taxes will be calculated and payable at check-out. Please note that for certain destinations, orders may be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis and will incur a fee upon arrival in your country.

Please note: If you decide to return your item/s, Binny does not refund the cost of any duties and taxes paid at check-out as this is a local government-imposed fee.

Can I ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes, we use Australia Post for Australia wide shipping which means PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are easily sent to.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally anywhere from 2-21 business days, depending on the time of year and where in the world you are. Track your order for further information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. For all domestic orders, we use Australia Post, you can enter the tracking number via their website. Click here to view the status of your order.

What if I recieved the wrong item?

When lodging your return via our Returns Portal, please select this reason for your return and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

What if my item is faulty?

When lodging your return via our Returns Portal, please select this reason for your return and upload a photo of the fault or damage. Upon submission of your return request, we will assess and either arrange a replacement or refund.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Returns are generally processed within 1 working day.

Please note that this window may increase during periods of high volume (such as Sale periods), we also do not process refunds on weekends.

Will I receive a refund of any taxes paid if I return?

If you decide to return your item/s, Binny does not refund the cost of any duties and taxes paid at check-out as this is a local government-imposed fee.

Can I place an order via phone?

You are welcome to place an order via phone. Please call our friendly team on +61 484 614 846 and they can assist.

Can I change my order?

If you've made a mistake and wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is fulfulled.

Once you receive confirmation that your order is on it’s way your order is finalised. Any changes need to be made following our Returns Policy.

How long is my credit note/gift card valid for?

Both credit notes and gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Can I use a welcome code on sale items?

No. Welcome codes are exclusive to full-price products only.

Can I use a Gift Card and a promo code on the same order?

Absolutely! Please note, only one promo code can be redeemed at a time.

What if my promo code isn’t working? Promo codes are case-sensitive, so please ensure you’re entering precisely as seen on screen. If the error persists, please contact us.

What is AfterPay?

AfterPay is a third party payment solution that allows you to purchase your items straight away without having to pay a lump sum. No interest, ever — and no additional fees when you pay on time. Automatic payments are taken every two weeks in four equal instalments.

AfterPay is only available to customers with an Australian billing address. Customers with international billing addresses may not be able to create an AfterPay account.

What if I haven't received my order?

You can track your shipments progress by following your unique tracking link, which can be found on your Order Status page. Alternatively, our team is available to assist with any parcel queries you may have via shop@binnywear.com

How do I find out if an item will come back into stock?

You can register your interest by clicking “Notify Me” on each product page. Please note that stock is limited, so we recommend confirming this with our team first.

What currencies do you accept?

We are an Australian based label, all prices are quoted in AUD. If shopping from overseas, you may be asked whether you want to change the currency to your local one. If you select yes, AUD will be converted to your local currency and your order processed using your local currency.

Where are your products made?

We design all our pieces in our studio in South Australia, and have been working with the same family-run manufacturers in India to produce our designs since we started in 2009.

Almost all of our products are made with 100% Organic Cotton of the highest quality.

What sizes do you cater for?

Our clothing ranges from size 6 to 18, and fits generously. Please refer to our Size Guide for more information.
