Refund policy

We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will gladly refund any full-priced items* that are returned and received within 14 days of delivery. *Excludes swimwear. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in the original packaging and all swing tags still attached to the garment. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items for change of mind so please choose carefully.

About Returns.

We charge a flat return shipping rate and handling fee of $11, which is deducted from your total available refund. In the unlikely case that an item arrives faulty, or an incorrect item is sent to you, we do not charge a return fee. Binny is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit.

Once returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 2-4 working days. This does not include the initial shipping cost unless the incorrect item was sent or the item was faulty.

The refund will be applied to the same payment method used to make the purchase and you will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

Sale Items.

All Sale items are final sale - No refund and no exchange. We will only refund / exchange sale items in the unlikely case that the wrong item was sent to you, or the item arrived faulty.

We are always very happy to talk you through any fit queries.

 

Stock Availability.

Binny makes every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase, as we always dearly want everyone to have their own piece of Binny garment. However, if the item (s) you have ordered is unavailable you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.

 

Exchanges.

Due to our high turnover of stock, exchanges are sometimes unavailable. If you are looking for an alternate size or style, we recommend grabbing what is available while you can so you don't miss out!
