It represents the third eye (perception beyond ordinary sight) retains energy & strengthens concentration. (What is our personal version of this wonderful sign we ponder?! Coffee?!)

2. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline (the smallest part of your waist).


Measure around the fullest part of your hips. Slim-hipped ladies can take this measurement from 20cm/8in below the waistline.
