We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will gladly refund any full priced items that are returned and received within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in the original packaging and all swing tags still attached to garment.
You must notify us via email before making a return or your return may not be processed.
Please email us at email@example.com with the subject ‘Return’.
Please include your full name, order number and the reason for your return.
We will get back to you within 2 working days with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return postal address.
All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer unless the incorrect item was sent or the item is faulty. Binny is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit.
Once returned items have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days. The credit will be applied to the same credit card used to make the purchase and you will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. If your method of payment is split between a gift certificate and other, you will receive the gift certificate back and the balance via your other payment method.
Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Binny makes every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase, as we always dearly want everyone to have their own piece of Binny garment. However, if the item (s) you have ordered is unavailable you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item.
Due to our high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are looking for an alternate size or style, we recommend grabbing what is available while you can so you don't miss out!
