THE FIRST FLEET KNIT DRESS.

The First Fleet was the 11 ships that departed from England, in the 17th Century that became the first European settlement in Australia.  Carrying convicts, marines and free people. Even though the whole of Australia likes to tease us we also love to point out no convicts ever landed in South Straya, so we are the bluebloods and the rest of you probably used to nick potatoes.
So uphold this fine Australian moment (and forget about 2020) in a suitably classic timeless mini cable knit marine v neck jumper. Deep Vee neckline lined in pale blue & white and matching banded sleeves, with a HMS1717 on the back neck to remember why you bought it. A sweater dress is universally flattering and endlessly versatile over cropped wide leg denim, leather or bare legs with ankle boots or white sneakers for a crisp casual comfortable look. As classic as a cricket jumper and a glass of Coonawarra red.
