Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with the items you order and we will gladly refund any full priced items that are returned and received within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, in the original packaging and all swing tags still attached to the garment.

Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Due to health regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear unless it is faulty.

 
Stock Availability

Binny makes every effort to ensure our stock levels are accurate at the time of purchase, as we always dearly want everyone to have their own piece of Binny. However, if the item (s) you have ordered is unavailable you will be issued a full refund for the out of stock item. 

 
Exchanges

Due to our high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you are looking for an alternate size or style, we recommend grabbing what is available while you can so you don't miss out! 

 
Sale Items

We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items for change of mind so please choose carefully.

How do I return?
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 
What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition

  • Unwashed and unworn

 
Are there any charges for returns?
  • There are no charges for return

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the entire order is refunded due to damaged or defective products

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

 
How soon will I get my refund?
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 2 – 5 working days
